Mi ha poi sorpreso e non poco il fatto che tra i commentatori ho trovato addirittura Joe Cheng, capo sviluppatore di Windows Live Writer. Joe mi scrive la cosa seguente per ovviare all'inconveniente:

You can fix this by modifying your registry (different blog services require different behavior for title escaping, we try to guess but obviously did not get it right in this case).

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Writer\Weblogs\{blog-id}\UserOptionOverrides

Create a string value here called "requiresHtmlTitles" with the value "No". Send me an e-mail if you need assistance!
